Freelancers get paid for their work. If you’re a freelancer copywriter, you get paid when you work. Entrepreneurs use other people’s money to build a business bigger than themselves so that they can get paid when they sleep. That’s not to say that being an entrepreneur is a cakewalk.

FREELANCER
If you are a person with a specific skills like content writing , web designing . coder , photographer, etc then you might get to work with a company for small period of time(say 2 months) like an internship.
ENTREPRENEUR
If you are a person with multiple skills regarding a specific field then you are an entrepreneur(Sometimes its not even necessary to have ALL skills).Like if you wanna do a startup in online business you could have skills of a coder,website development & digital marketing and form your very own local business by setting up your website and voila build a team and your business is all set !Hence we can say that an entrepreneur is a person with his/her own small business(a startup) who works to build either another business/expands his own business using other people’s money.
